Shivang Mishra

Coaching Career

April 2018 – March 2023
Started the SNM High Performance Tennis Academy in New Delhi, India alongside brother NISHANK MISHRA(GPTCA B Level) who is also a former ATP Ranked Pro player. The Academy has coached and produced 2 ATP Ranked Players and 2 National Champions. Since its incepetion students from the Academy have won AITA Titles in all major categories (Mens Womens Under 18 Under 16 Under 14 Under 12).

2012 to date
Coached and produced 16 Singapore Champions in all major Singapore Tennis Association Categories (Open, Intermediate, Under 18, Under 16, Under 14, Under 12).

May 2018-March 2020
Coached Kunal Anand (IND), Best ATP ranking in singles during cooperation #957; Best ATP ranking in doubles during cooperation #636 ; Achieved a high rank of India’s #11 in Mens singles during cooperation.

September 2018-February 2019 and October 2019-March 2020
Coached Jatin Dahiya (IND), who improved from being unranked in September 2018 to ATP #1221 in singles in December 2018. Best ATP Singles Ranking during Cooperation #1080; achieved a Top 20 Indian Mens singles ranking during cooperation.

January 2016
Coach to the ITF Grand Slam Development Fund, Asian U16 Boys Team, at 3 ITF Junior Tournaments in India in January 2016. The Boys in the Team included #1 Ranked U16 players from China, Korea and Taipei.

May-July 2013
Worked w/Kanika Vaidya (IND); improved from being unranked to WTA #874 in singles in a span of 10 weeks.

2011-2012
Worked as a Coach and Sparring Partner at the Singapore Tennis Association’s High Performance Full Time Programme; Learned a lot of Technical and Tactical Intricacies of the Game while working alongside then Technical Director of the STA Mr.Paul Dale; All Top Men’s, Women’s and Junior Players of Singapore were a Part of The Programme.

Sparring Partner to Top WTA Players at The BNP PARIBAS WTA Masters Singapore 2015.
Highest National Singles Ranking #12 in May 2002.
Winner of 2 Gold Medals, 1 Silver Medal and 1 Bronze Medal at the 2001, 2002 and 2007 National Games held in Chandigarh, Hyderabad and Guwahati respectively.
Singapore Open Doubles Champion Twice with Students Varun (15 Years Old) and Arnav (16 Years Old).
